1Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document with consistent meanings. Understanding them will help you read every clause clearly.

• "BV888" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at bv888.best and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.
• "Player" / "Account Holder" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a BV888 account and accepted these Terms.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player to access BV888 services.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's BV888 account at any given time, including both real money and bonus funds where separately designated.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited PKR funds and withdrawn-eligible winnings, excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by BV888 subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked in qualifying games before they convert to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means BV888's identity and document verification process required before withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all BV888 transactions.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, tournaments, and any other features available on the BV888 platform.

2Eligibility

To register and use BV888, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. BV888 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BV888 employee where such a restriction creates a conflict of interest in gaming outcomes.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from BV888 under a self-exclusion arrangement or disciplinary action.

By registering, you confirm that all eligibility criteria are met and that you accept full responsibility for the accuracy of this declaration.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold one BV888 account only. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering your BV888 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information updated. BV888 is not liable for communication failures resulting from outdated contact details.

• Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without prior notice and balances forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your BV888 account credentials.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• BV888 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, report it to BV888 support immediately.
• Account access may be restricted pending KYC completion before first withdrawal. KYC documents may include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation.

4Deposits & Payments

BV888 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount at BV888 is Rs 200.
• Deposits must come from a payment method owned and registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• BV888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees for which BV888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your BV888 balance as soon as the payment provider confirms receipt. In rare cases of network delay, please contact support with your transaction reference.
• BV888 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion and without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protections.
• Daily deposit limits may be set by the Player through account responsible gaming settings or may be applied by BV888 as part of its player protection obligations.

5Withdrawals

BV888 is committed to fast, straightforward PKR withdrawals for all eligible Players. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Only Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds under active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum on standard withdrawals for verified accounts, subject to the daily limit of Rs 5,00,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit that funded the relevant balance ("same-source rule").
• KYC verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal. BV888 may request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals if required by compliance obligations.
• Standard processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers typically settle within 1–2 business hours.
• BV888 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR payouts. Fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond BV888's control.
• BV888 may place a security hold of up to 24 hours on withdrawals where unusual account activity is detected. Players will be notified via their registered contact details.

6Bonuses & Promotions

BV888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All BV888 bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have opted in to the relevant promotion in the BV888 promotions section. Bonuses are not automatically applied unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g. 25x) is stated clearly on each BV888 promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• BV888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if the Player is found to be in breach of these Terms or the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified).
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are stated in the promotion-specific terms at BV888.
• BV888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on BV888 – whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets – are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by BV888, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• BV888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market or game affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or results that were obtained through fraudulent means.
• In sports betting, BV888 uses its discretion to settle bets based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. For cricket, the official result from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC, or equivalent body is used.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game interface at BV888 and may vary by table or market.
• BV888's live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at BV888's discretion. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid unless the market is voided for cause.
• Any bet placed on a BV888 account that has a pending withdrawal or is under a compliance review may be held pending resolution of the review.

8Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

BV888 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, make in-game decisions, or gain any advantage over other Players or the BV888 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in BV888's systems. Players who discover a bug must report it to BV888 support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Colluding with other Players in any poker, Teen Patti, or table game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or use of inside information in sports betting markets on BV888.
• Using chargebacks or payment reversals to reclaim deposited funds that have been wagered on BV888.
• Impersonating another Player, BV888 employee, or support agent.
• Engaging in money laundering or using BV888 for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your BV888 account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.

9Account Suspension & Closure

BV888 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by BV888.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 above.
• A Player's self-exclusion request under BV888's responsible gaming programme.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction to close the account.

When a BV888 account is closed for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or regulatory order, and where no breach of these Terms has been established, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players who wish to close their BV888 account voluntarily may request closure through the account settings page or by contacting BV888 customer support. Account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations including active wagering requirements on claimed bonuses.

10Privacy & Data Protection

BV888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept BV888's Privacy Policy which is available at bv888.best/privacy-policy.

• BV888 collects personal data necessary for account management, payment processing, identity verification, and the delivery of its services.
• BV888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• BV888 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission between your device and BV888 servers.
• Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence conditions.
• Players have the right to request a copy of their personal data held by BV888 by contacting support@bv888.best.

BV888 will retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum period thereafter as required by applicable law and financial record-keeping obligations.

11Responsible Gaming

BV888 is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational principle, not merely a compliance obligation. The platform provides the following tools to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from account settings. Effective immediately upon activation. Increases subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that display session duration and net result at specified intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Pause account access for periods from 24 hours to 6 months. Irreversible during the chosen period. Available without requiring contact with support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying time played and account balance during gaming sessions.

12Intellectual Property

• Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any BV888 content without explicit written permission.
• Accessing BV888's platform does not grant you any licence or right to use BV888 intellectual property beyond personal, non-commercial viewing.
• Third-party game content accessible through BV888 (slots, live dealer streams, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider under their licence to BV888.

13Limitation of Liability

BV888 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While BV888 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, the following limitations apply:

• BV888 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, or force majeure events beyond BV888's reasonable control.
• BV888 is not liable for financial decisions made by Players, including decisions to deposit, wager, or continue playing following losses.
• BV888's maximum liability to any Player in respect of any incident shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's BV888 account at the time of the incident.
• BV888 does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Nothing on the BV888 platform constitutes such advice.

Nothing in this clause limits BV888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. BV888 remains liable to return verified Real Money Balances to Players in all circumstances not involving a breach of these Terms by the Player.

14Amendments to These Terms

BV888 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BV888 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notification on the BV888 platform.

• Continued use of BV888's services following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
• If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change. Closing your account in these circumstances does not forfeit your Real Money Balance.
• The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Historical versions of the BV888 Terms are available upon request from support@bv888.best.
